Acceptance

By accessing apifuture.digital or engaging API Future for payroll audit review, HR–finance reconciliation, or related professional work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our services.

Services described

Descriptions of engagements on this site are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only in a written engagement confirmation exchanged by email or signed letter.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics created by API Future, remains our property unless a separate licence states otherwise. Findings memos delivered to a client may be used internally by that client for payroll correction and reporting. Redistribution to third parties requires our prior written consent except where disclosure is required by law or a parent-company audit.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you supply, for securing any internal approvals needed to share employee data, and for implementing corrections. We do not operate your payroll or file statutory returns on your behalf unless a separate written mandate says so.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, API Future is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on a findings memo beyond the engagement scope. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements remain under the confirmation in force when work began unless both parties agree otherwise.
