Data controller
API Future, office at 60PeiHuiHuiKweiTsunChiaYiTaiwan(China), is the controller for personal data collected through apifuture.digital and during professional engagements. Contact: hello@apifuture.digital, phone +88652353586/2357835.
Data we collect
From contact forms we collect your name, email address, optional engagement preference, approximate headcount, and message content. During engagements we may process employee identifiers contained in payroll registers, contracts, and attendance files you supply — solely to perform the agreed review.
Purposes
We use inquiry data to respond to requests and prepare fee estimates. We use engagement documents to deliver payroll audit review, reconciliation, or related services, and to keep records required for professional accountability.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing discussion. Engagement working papers and findings memos are retained for seven years unless a longer statutory period applies or you request earlier secure destruction where legally permitted.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and you may inquire about our use of that data. Employee data supplied by a client employer is generally handled under the employer’s instructions; individuals should first contact their employer, though we will assist where the law requires.
International transfers
We host email and document transfer tools that may process data on servers outside Taiwan. Where transfers occur, we use providers that offer contractual safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of payroll-related files.
Cookies
See our cookies page for types, durations, and how to manage preferences.
Security
We apply access controls and secure transfer methods agreed at intake. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending national ID numbers in the public contact form.
