Pricing follows headcount, months under review, and how quickly you need the findings memo — not a subscription tier.

How we estimate
After a short intake call we confirm the period, headcount band, and document readiness. If records arrive incomplete, we pause and revise the fee before continuing — we do not silently expand scope.
Day-rate option
For reconciliation workshops already scoped by your controller, we can work on a day rate of NT$12,000, billed in half-day increments after the first day.
Deposits
Engagements above NT$30,000 typically require a 40% deposit to reserve review weeks on the calendar. The balance is due when the findings memo is delivered.
