A Chiayi practice built around payroll truthfulness — not software sales.
API Future began when local manufacturers kept asking the same quiet question after close: why does HR’s headcount never quite match the payroll expense finance booked? The gap was rarely fraud. It was usually rest-day pay, mid-month joiners, or contribution bases that drifted from the employment contract.
We formed the practice to give HR and finance a shared review — document-led, time-boxed, and written up so both sides can act. Our office sits at 60PeiHuiHuiKweiTsunChiaYiTaiwan(China), close to the companies that call us when an inspection notice or parent review appears on the calendar.
Every engagement starts with scope: months under review, headcount, and the decision the findings need to support. We work from payroll exports, employee master files, attendance logs, and bank payment batches. Meetings are short and joint whenever possible, so exceptions are owned before the memo is final.
We do not run monthly payroll, sell licences, or replace your counsel. We review, reconcile, and hand back a clear list of corrections ranked by risk.
